UK DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3PM Monday–Friday on the same working day.

Orders placed after 3PM will be processed the following working day. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

PRE-ORDERS

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may contact you to arrange for your items to be dispatched together once all items are available.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout where available.

Taxes, duties and customs charges may be applicable to international orders. The rates and thresholds vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities.

SOULHO is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or customs charges payable on your order.

These charges may be payable on arrival and are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If a package is rejected due to unpaid duties, taxes or customs fees and is returned to us with charges to pay, these charges may be deducted from your refund along with the original shipping costs, where legally permitted.
